Responsible roommate wanted for Feb 1 2010 to rent spare bedroom, not furnished, $550/month, 1083 Gladstone Avenue, a duplex in Ottawa, a little west of downtown. Includes utilities (hydro/gas heat), parking spot, wireless internet, on-site laundry, modern appliances, lots of storage space in the basement. Shared with just myself (my name is Daniel, I'm 27 years old, heterosexual male just out of school working in IT). I tend to keep to myself pretty often, but I'm easy to get along with. I clean the house up after myself, but we can work out some kind of arrangements if you feel that's necessary, I don't mind at all.

Convenient location, between Preston ('Little Italy') and Parkdale, parallel to the Queensway/417 and Wellington street. Close to buses 2 and 14, and a short walk from Bayview station, which has access to the OTrain and the bus line that runs from the parkway to downtown; very convenient for students of Ottawa and Carleton U.
